Refund Policy

Due to the nature of placing a grant with snapgrant.com, we do not generally offer refunds on listing fees. Once a grant is posted, the abstract will immediately gain exposure to our visitors, however, no guarantees are made as to the success of the grant funding.

We adhere to the following policy with respect to requests for refunds of listing fees:

• We will not provide a refund, for any reason, once the grant has been published. Grants cancelled prior to publishing will be refunded in full or on a prorated basis if partially uploaded as part of a group.
• At no point will the liability for any claim or refund exceed the cost of listing for the specific individual grant.
• Grants should be checked for errors by the researcher prior to publication. Any errors can be corrected by the researcher through the editing portal.
• Approved refunds for credit card transactions will be made as credits to the credit card account used in the initial transaction.

Snapgrant.com reserves the right to edit, classify, reject or cancel any portion or all listings as determined in snapgrant.com’s sole discretion. Any listing language that does not comply with Federal, State or local laws will be rejected.
